Không nhiều dầu mỡ, cà tím hấp là món ăn đơn giản cho bữa cơm nhiều bận rộn. Ngoài ra, cà tím còn có công dụng phòng ngừa tăng huyết áp, điều trị mỡ máu cao.
Cà tím rửa sạch, dùng dao khứa 2-3 đường lên thân cà. Sau đó, ngâm cà tím trong tô nước có pha 1 muỗng cà phê muối khoảng 15 phút.
Tiếp theo, cho cà tím vào xửng hấp, hấp khoảng 8-10 phút là cà chín. Giã nhuyễn tỏi, ớt, gừng gọt sạch vỏ, đường trắng trong cối, cho ra chén trộn với 2 muỗng canh nước mắm.
Hành lá cắt nhỏ, cho vào chén cùng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, đặt trong lò viba quay khoảng 30 giây.
Cuối cùng, cho cà tím đã hấp ra đĩa, chan nước mắm gừng, hành lá lên trên và dùng ngay với cơm nóng nè!
