Tình cờ mua được củ niễng khá tươi ngon ngoài chợ. Thích hợp để mình có thể thay đổi khẩu vị cho bữa cơm gia đình. Củ niễng xào thịt heo thăn sẽ là lựa chọn thích hợp để mình ưu tiên chế biến.
Đầu tiên củ niễng tươi mua về rửa thật sạch, sau đó cắt khúc ngắn 3-4cm rồi tiến hành thái thành những sợi nhỏ. Thịt heo thăn thái sợi nhỏ, ướp cùng với 5ml rượu nấu, 3g bột bắp trong khoảng 15 phút.
Đun nóng 15ml dầu ăn, xào thơm gừng và tỏi thái nhỏ, sau đó đổ thịt heo đã ướp vào xào cho thịt chín săn lại khoảng 5 phút. Tiếp đến cho củ niễng thái nhỏ vào xào cùng. Nêm 2g muối, ít nước. Xào cho nguyên liệu ngấm gia vị thì tắt bếp.
Rắc thêm ít hành lá và ớt thái nhỏ nữa là hoàn tất. Củ niễng xào thịt heo thăn với củ niễng giòn mát dễ ăn, xào cùng thịt heo thăn dai dai béo bùi. Gia vị nên nêm nhạt thôi vì bạn có thể chấm ăn cùng ít nước mắm hay nước tương nữa nhé!
