Cho vào nồi cơm điện sa tế, 20ml dầu ăn, đổ vào ớt, hành lá và tàu hũ ky. Bật nút nấu chiên cho tàu hũ ky săn lại.
Trong chén nhỏ, trộn đều 3g đường, 1g muối, 1/2 muỗng canh nước tương, 5g dầu hào và 2 muỗng canh nước. Sau đó đổ vào nồi tàu hũ ky, đảo đều cho quyện sốt rồi đậy nấp, nấu tiếp vài phút là được.
